The staff don't really speak much English at all When we arrive early in the morning and ask if we can leave the luggage in the hotel and come back later, one staff check us in and took us to the room as it is ready Later when we came back from the tour another staff tried to charge us for early check in, I have travelled all over the world and I have never stayef in any hotel that charge early check in, when we explained that we only wanted to leave the luggage and the staff who checked us in have never told us we need to pay extra, they still try to argue and make us pay... Although eventually they gave up but the experience is not nice

Super clean hotel in a really great location. Staff were amazing, the free wifi had great connection. They have an outdoor terrace area to relax in or to work from. They also offer to keep your luggage for you after checkout at no extra cost if you're travelling later in the day and want to explore the city some more!
